Adam Mills and Zoe Holland from Malvern celebrated their wedding last weekend in Star Wars style.

The bride and groom are both huge Star Wars fans, and decided to tie the knot dressed as their favourite characters from the movie franchise. Adam attended wearing a Han Solo costume, and his blushing bride wore the white dress and hairstyle sported by Princess Leia in Episode IV: A New Hope.

Best man Tim Reid took care of the rings dressed as Luke Skywalker, and all family and friends present chose their own favourite characters to dress up as. The bride’s parents were dressed as Obi-Wan Kenobi and Emperor Palpatine, and the groom’s parents came as Anakin Skywalker and a Jedi Knight.

Other guests attending were Chewbacca, Yoda, Boba Fett and a host of Imperial Stormtroopers and lightsaber wielding Jedi.

Former Big Brother babe Chanelle Hayes attended the premiere of the new X-Files film last night, accompanied by a dwarf model.

Chanelle, who is known for her rather desperate measures to snare some column inches, towered over her diddy-date on the red carpet. The unnamed model is the star of the latest Intercasino advertising campaign, where he plays a James Bond-esque man of mystery.

Chanelle is still playing on her tenuously vague likeness of Victoria Beckham and attempting a pop career, but this latest stunt only just out does her controversial sex tape where she has simulated sex with a puppet, to advertise MTV’s Fur TV

Ex-EastEnders actress Michelle Ryan will be appearing in the BBC’s latest fantasy TV show, Merlin. Ryan left EastEnders in 2005 and has since gone on to much greater things, she appeared in the much acclaimed Jekyll and last year took the starring role as Jamie Sommers in the remake of 70s classic TV show The Bionic Woman. Unfortunately the strike by the Writers Guild of America seems to have destroyed the chances of a second season for Bionic Woman, but hopefully Michelle will impress again playing the wicked sorceress Nimueh in the BBC’s new show which tells the tale of a young Merlin and Arthur as they reach adulthood in Camelot. It sounds like a Smallville-esque reworking of the Arthurian legend.

The main cast are Merlin, Arthur and Guinevere played by relative new-comers Colin Morgan, Bradley James and Angel Coulby respectively. But there is a stellar supporting cast, besides the aforementioned Michelle Ryan the cast also includes Alien and Hellboy star John Hurt as the voice of a dragon, Santiago Cabrera known for playing Isaac Mendez in the awesome Heroes does a turn as the iconic Lancelot and Buffy the Vampire Slayer star Anthony Head is also included in the cast playing Pendragon.

The BBC are hoping this relatively big budget fantasy drama will succeed in filling the Saturday night void Doctor Who has left behind since the season finale aired two weeks ago.

American tennis star Ashley Harkleroad, currently ranked 61st in the world, has posed naked in Playboy Magazine.

The 23 year old tennis ace had an all time career high back in 2003 when she was ranked as highly as number 39 in the world. To date she has prize wins estimated at around $100,000.

Controversial photographer Andres Serrano is busy preparing a brand new exhibition that will run from September 4 until October 4 in New York this autumn.

A source close to the artist has revealed that Serrano is continuing with his “bodily fluids” theme which in the past has included images depicting menstrual blood, mother’s milk, semen and most controversially urine in the scandalous work entitled “Piss Christ”. Piss Christ was first exhibited in 1989 and is a photograph of a plastic crucifixion submerged in a container of the photographer’s own urine.

This time around however Serrano is rumoured to have moved on to faeces. Unfortunately the photographer is so paranoid his creative ideas may be stolen he is refusing to divulge any more information. Readers will just have to wait until Serrano’s latest masterpiece is unveiled in September, watch this space.

Doctor Who star Catherine Tate is set to appear nude in her latest part in a West End show.

The award winning actress will strip on stage and perform a graphic sex scene with an actor playing a “nerd”. Tate plays Michelle in Under The Blue Sky, a romantic comedy written by David Eldridge.

Tate’s character is a randy maths teacher who beds a nerdy colleague to get revenge on an ex-lover. Catherine agreed to bare all for the role to make it as believable as possible.

Tate isn’t the first of the Doctor’s former assistants to bare all, Katy Manning who played the sexy Jo Grant in the 70s stripped for an amazing photo shoot with a Dalek.

The rumour mill has been running overtime ever since the penultimate episode of the latest season of Doctor Who when The Doctor began to regenerate and the death of one of his assistants was prophesied by a lunatic Dalek.

After that show speculation about the show spread like wildfire, but today’s rumour really takes the jellybaby!

A fan of the show who claims to have insider knowledge of the casting department involved in Doctor Who has claimed on the internet today that the legendary Tom Baker, who played The Doctor for seven years during it’s greatest period, will be returning to the show in the year 2010.

Eccentric boxing superstar Chris Eubank has given his two teenage sons up for adoption, it was sensationally revealed this week.

Eubank, who lost his £1.3 Million fortune and was declared bankrupt, met single mum Irene Hutton in a Paris hotel in 2006. He strolled up to the stranger and introduced himself as Christopher Livingstone Eubank, telling her he was an ambassador. They got chatting, and within a matter of months Eubank had convinced Ms Hutton to take in his two teenage sons, Chris Junior and Sebastian.

Eubank arrived at Irene Hutton’s home in Las Vegas with his two sons in September 2006, he asked her to take care of them for two weeks initially but later asked her to raise the boys in America permanently where they would have more opportunities.

Hutton agreed, and also agreed to Eubank’s insistence that the adoption remained a closely guarded secret. In November 2006 Ms Hutton was appointed legal guardian of the two boys and has raised them in Las Vegas ever since.

However, this week she spilled the beans to British newspaper The People, telling reporters that Eubank had visited his sons only once since she adopted them and claiming she wants the world to know what he’s done so he has to face up to his responsibilities.

Surely, handing your children over to adoption is basically handing over your responsibilities?

Eubank has been living out of a suitcase for the past two years moving from one friends house to the next, and believes the stability Ms Hutton had to offer was the best solution to his parenting problems.
