Sadly the world’s oldest ever man has died at the ripe old age of 116-years-old. Good innings.
Japanese geriatric, Jiroemon Kimura passed away earlier today from ‘natural causes’. The former postman and farmer was born on 19th April 1897 near Kyoto, Japan, the same year as Noddy creator Enid Blyton. He became the world’s oldest ever man back in December last year when he hit the magic number of 115-years-old and 253 days, the longest any man has ever survived.
