Man arrested for urinating on baby

A drunken beer user barged into a young family’s rented room and proceeded to urinate on a four-month-old baby earlier this week.

Reports identify Chrisanto Pulintan as the man responsible for the pissing, which took place in Manila, Philippines. According to local press reports Pulintan burst into the home of Genevieve Losancio as she lay asleep next to her husband, with their four-month-old baby in a cot nearby.

The family say Pulintan entered their room and “doused the baby with his urine”.

Pulintan lives in the room below the Losancio family, and claims he splashed the baby with wee-wee in retaliation for water dripping from his ceiling.

Pulintan, who already has a criminal record for child abuse, will be charged again with the same crime.
