Another two-faced cow

A Chinese farmer named Dong has been talking about his complete shock when his cow gave birth to a two-headed calf this week.

65-year-old Dong Yubao of Gaoyang village in China’s Hebei Province, says his 60-year-old wife Li was helping the cow to give birth when she caught sight of the two-headed freak.

“My wife and a neighbour were in the barn to help the cow through labour,” Dong said.

“The calf came out, heads first, and my wife fell to the floor when she saw the two heads and four eyes.”

Like other two-headed cows the poor calf is unable to stand due to the extra weight from its additional bonce. So Dong’s granddaughter is bottle-feeding the calf with sheep’s milk.
