Knight Rider joins Wonder Woman

Justin Bruening, star of the short lived Knight Rider reboot has joined the cast of the new Wonder Woman reboot.

Bruening has been cast as Steve Trevor, who is Wonder Woman’s primary love interest, so expect tension between Bruening’s character and Cary Elwes’ character, Henry Detmer, who also has the hots for Diane Prince.

In the comic books Trevor is an intelligence officer in the US army who crashes his plane in the home of the Amazons and is nursed back to health by Diane Prince, who then follows him back to America where she becomes Wonder Woman. In the reboot Trevor is an army veteran who now works for the Justice Department.

Wonder Woman has been cast to Adrianne Palicki, who can be seen in the soon to be released Red Dawn reboot.
