Necrophilia victimThere has been another reported case of necrophilia in the Philippines.

Last year the town of Zamboanga were troubled by a spate of grave robbing where the cadavers were removed and allegedly sexually molested. No one was ever brought to justice for the crimes, and police blamed the incidents on drug addicts or lunatics.

12 months later and the Philippines is once again home to another alleged case of necrophilia, this time in Bgy. San Jose. 15-year-old Jay Molina, a high school student at the Ramada High School, was killed in an accident and buried by her parents Gregorio and Nancy, but a week after her funeral her naked spread-eagled corpse was found sprawled on grass close to her open grave.

Dr. Roman Balangue, a municipal health officer examined the young girls body and confirmed that the corpse had been raped. Witnesses say that a man aged between 20-25 was seen loitering near the teenagers grave earlier in the day when Molina’s naked body was discovered.

Police have once again blamed the event on a person suffering from a mental illness. No arrests have been made.

  1. Just wondering, what legal action should be made once the suspect had been arrested. Do we have law regarding this matter?

  3. Yikes. A corpse, buried in the tropics.. been in the ground around a week.. and then raped? Will never understand necrophiles.. just can’t get into rotting flesh. Yuck.

And yes, being underground kept the corpse cooler but not that cool. She’d be foul smelling at least, by that point. Disgusting either way. Necros are creepier than most other fetishists by far.
