Despite having a law created just for him prosecutors couldn’t make the charges stick on urine drinker Alan Patton.

59-year-old Patton from Dublin, Ohio has a bizarre history of collecting and drinking young boys pee-pee. The self confessed urophiliac has been arrested on numerous occasions for collecting and drinking urine, back in 1993 Patton was imprisoned for child sex offences when he attached plastic hoses to the penises of two young boys and drank their urine as they pissed down the tubes.

Since that arrest Patton has continued to enjoy his fetish, but made efforts to prevent any physical contact with the children. Instead Patton has been charged several times with placing plastic cups in urinals and collecting urine to take away with him and consume later.

This has seen Patton repeatedly charged with criminal mischief, but following his last conviction in 2009 lawmakers created a new law which makes it illegal to collect someone’s bodily fluids without their permission.

Patton was arrested in November last year after an off-duty police officer witnessed him loitering in a Burger King toilet facility. The officer, Brian Blair gave testimony that Patton had been hanging around the bogs for an hour. Blair said he saw Patton leave a toilet stall so he had a nosey inside and saw the toilet was bunged up with seat liners and bog-roll. Blair says he then saw Patton return to the men’s room and when he checked again later the toilet was clear but the room stank of piss.

Unfortunately for the police and lawmakers of Ohio this wasn’t enough to convict Patton with the new wee-wee law and the oddball was acquitted. He was found guilty again of criminal mischief and will return to court for sentencing when he could get up to 60 days in the slammer or a $500 fine.

  1. The guy is a freak, but does not harm anyone. Doesn’t the police have real criminals to catch?
