Lei Yadi MinThat’s 12 fingers and 14 toes, not 26 of each. That would be ridiculous!

One-year-old Lei Yadi Min from China has seven toes on each foot and six fingers on each hand, totalling 26 digits this is said to be a world record abnormality.

Lei is awaiting official confirmation from Guinness World of Records, but her 26 digits should beat the current record holders two Indian children who both have 12 fingers and 13 toes.

Apparently the true record for extra digits is difficult to determine. Most children born with extra fingers and toes have them promptly removed shortly after birth. One child born in China was reported to have had 15 fingers and 16 toes, but they were removed.
