Karen Gillan BBC photo shoot

The BBC have kindly bashed out a photo shoot with Doctor Who actress Karen Gillan.

Filming of ‘season six’ of the sci-fi show is currently underway, with a transmission date set for Saturday 2nd April. But the BBC decided they would treat us to a set of Karen Gillan photographs this week.

Gillan was recruited last season to become the Doctor’s new assistant, Amy Pond when 11th Doctor Matt Smith took over the Tardis controls. In that time she’s been on screen dressed as a stripping policewoman and has confirmed her role as being ‘one for the dads’.
