‘No Ordinary Family’ coming to UK screens in January

No Ordinary FamilyHit US superhero show No Ordinary Family will be hitting British television screens early in the new year on satellite station Watch.

The show stars Julie Benz of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel fame who was most recently seen in Dexter and Desperate Houswives. Michael Chiklis out of The Shield and Fantastic Four plays Benz’s husband and Kay Panabaker and Jimmy Bennett play the couple’s children.

The family survive a plane crash in a Brazilian rain forest and discover they’ve all developed superhuman powers.

The show is already a huge success in America and looks likely to be a big hit on this side of the Atlantic too.

No Ordinary Family will be shown on Tuesday nights at 20:00 on Watch (Sky channel 109) starting on 11th January 2011.
