Sylvester McCoy has told fans at Armageddon Expo in Auckland that he will definitely be appearing in the new Hobbit movies.
The former Time Lord told gathered fans that he would be playing the part of Middle Earth wizard Radagast the Brown when the new films are released.
McCoy was very nearly Bilbo Baggins in the Lord of the Rings trilogy but lost out on the part to Ian Holm. Now we are eagerly awaiting news on whether David Tennant will also be cast in the new movies as has been previously suggested.
