Star WarsIt’s obviously that time again, it’s been a full 12 months since the last rumour that George Lucas was planning another three Star Wars movies.

It must be something about the end of October, Christmas is just on the horizon and all that merchandise needs a little bit of a push to get it off the shelves. So, this year an alleged insider has told IESB that George Lucas is gearing up to produce a further three Star Wars movies using the revenue he his hoping to raise after the first six films are re-released in 3D.

IESB also make it clear that they are not talking about the long awaited live action Star Wars television show which is in the making, the new trilogy will be set after Episode VI and they speculate that the films won’t be about Luke Skywalker or any off his Jedi offspring.
