The world's longest enchiladaThe citizens of Iztapalapa in Mexico have created the world’s longest enchilada, a gargantuan 70 metres long and weighing an incredible 1.5 ton!

The record breaking dish was made from corn tortillas, white onions, green tomatoes, serrano chillis, avocado, cheese, cream and lashings of salsa sauce.

Mexico City tourism secretary Alejandro Rojas announced that the huge delicacy was officially verified by Guinness World of Records and hopes it will put Iztapalapa on the map as a high-level tourist destination.
