Izabella Miko joins ‘The Cape’

Fit Polish actress Izabella Miko has signed up for a recurring role in NBC’s new superhero show The Cape.

Miko, who starred in Coyote Ugly was more recently seen playing Athena in Clash of the Titans. The blonde stunner featured in the pilot episode of The Cape and Deadline report that she has now signed up to appear in five more episodes playing a very attractive and talented circus performer.

The Cape stars ER‘s David Lyons as Vince Faraday an honest cop who is framed and hunted down by villains in a fantasy Los Angeles. Faraday goes underground and teams up with a group of other costumed heroes fighting crime. Dollhouse and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles actress Summer Glau also stars, as does ex-footballer Vinny Jones.
