‘Merlin’ returns in September

MorganaBBC’s magical fantasy drama Merlin will be back on British TV screens in September.

The BBC have announced that the show will return for a third series on Saturday 11th September, and the new season will be set a year after the second series ended.

Merlin producer Johnny Capps has said that there will be a brief recap at the beginning of the season opener, and the episode concentrates on the disappearance of Morgana and her return to Camelot.

Season three will have 13 episodes, so it fits the American format when it is broadcast in the US by Syfy in the new year.
