Locke & KeySteven Spielberg is reported to be developing a television adaptation of Locke & Key, the horror comic book written by Stephen King’s son Joe Hill.

Locke & Key was first published in 2008 and follows three siblings and their mother who move into ‘Keyhouse’, a mansion filled with doors that lead into other worlds that give the three siblings special powers.

And just to be sure Spielberg is taking things seriously he’s teaming up with writers Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci who have both previously worked on Fringe, Star Trek and the new Hawaii Five-0 remake. And top things off Josh Friedman who wrote and produced Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles will also be working on the show.
