MonsterTwo nurses have discovered a mystery creature washed up at a lakeside in Ontario, Canada.

The two women were out walking their dog, Sam in Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug on the banks of Big Trout Lake earlier this month when Sam discovered the odd looking beast floating in the shallow water. Sam’s owners went over to investigate and took a few photographs of the unidentified animal which the dog had dragged from the lake.

The strange critter is covered in rather dense fur, apart from on it’s face and feet. The photos were published on the Kitchenuhmaykoosib official website, and since then an internet furore has broken out. The beast was immediately compared to the now legendary Montauk Monster which washed up on the beach at Montauk, New York in the summer of 2008. The hairless and bizarre looking animal was never properly identified, leading thousands of people to speculate what it was.

Now a similar thing is happening with the Kitchenuhmaykoosib Creature, already bloggers have begun pushing the idea forward that this mystery animal could be the legendary Chupacabras, or Goat Sucker, although that would place the cryptid thousands of miles from it’s usual environment in Mexico and the Southern States. Others have made the equally alarming suggestion that the monster is just a dead otter with some hair missing. The mind boggles.
