Man Charged For Wiping His Arse With Parking Ticket

A disgruntled motorist in Illinois has been arrested for using the parking ticket he was issued to wipe his backside with and sending it back.

22 year old Alexander J. Bailey was charged with disorderly conduct after returning the parking ticket on 6th April, smeared with faeces. An employee for Bartlett village authorities opened the letter to process the payment of the fine and discovered the ticket had brown stains on it and a putrid odour. The ticket was allegedly accompanied by a letter form Bailey claiming he’d wiped his bottom using the ticket.

Bailey was released on $5,000 bail and will appear in court on 11th June.
