The Two-Headed Kid

A goat in Malaysia gave birth to a two-headed kid earlier this week.

The baby goat was born on Wednesday at a farm in Bukit Mertajam, farm owner Mohd Fariz Zakaria was thrilled when he delivered the bizarre looking beast. Sadly the kid died after a few days, Mohd Fariz feels that the massive amount of attention the young goat received was to blame for it’s demise.

“The kid could hardly suckle as its heads were too heavy for it to carry. I had to bottle-feed it a few times a day,” he told the Malaysian Star.

This is the first time Mohd Fariz and his wife Latihah Yusof had seen a goat with two heads and they were very excited about rearing the animal.

“We immediately warmed up to the poor little thing. Both of us took extra care as it was so fragile.”

The animal sadly died around teatime on Friday.
