Two Year Sentence For Nappy Pervert

25 year old Brian Todd Bublitz from Altamont will spend the next two years in the South Dakota State Penitentiary for soliciting a minor.

During Bublitz’s trial the court heard how he was caught in a sting operation where an undercover detective pretended to be a 13 year old girl as the pair communicated online. In their conversations Bublitz offered the undercover officer $300 to defecate in a nappy and then have sex with him.

The officer agreed to a meeting with Bublitz at Sioux Falls, when the pervert arrived he was greeted by police officers and promptly arrested.

Bublitz was given a psychosexual evaluation which indicated that he was a dangerous sexual predator who would re-offend. After hearing the evaluation Judge Patricia Riepel said she had no other choice than to give the maximum sentence for soliciting a minor.
