Dog Handlers Charged With Masurbating A Dog

Five dog handlers from the Virginia Department of Corrections have been charged with misdemeanor animal cruelty after one of the handlers was filmed by his colleagues masturbating his dog.

Kelvin Thompson has admitted the charge but claims that he was only following orders. According to Thompson his instructor told him that he would have greater control of his canine companion if he fondled him. Whilst Thompson pleasured his dog by hand four of his colleagues recorded the act, all five have been charged and could face up to a $1,000 fine or even jail time.

Due to the fact that the dog wasn’t actually penetrated by Thompson the group have managed to escape an even stiffer bestiality charge.
