Prisoner kills cellmate for masturbating over family member

Police attended the Martin Correctional Institution in Florida early this morning to arrest Ricky Silva for the alleged murder of his cellmate Terry B. Bell.

Bell’s corpse was discovered at around 02:40 this morning and the police were called. Detective Y. Carde arrived at the scene of the crime a few minutes later, arrested Silva and transferred him to the Martin County Jail whilst an investigation is carried out and an autopsy is performed on Bell to determine the exact cause of death.

Witnesses told Carde that Silva had caught Bell in his cell, masturbating furiously whilst holding a photograph of a juvenile member of Silva’s family. Silva had sworn to kill Bell for his choice of masturbatory material.

Bell was serving a life sentence for sexual battery on a victim under the age of 12, WPBF report that he was strangled to death with a shoelace.
