David Tennant Cast In Burke and Hare Movie

Departing Doctor Who, David Tennant has been cast alongside Simon Pegg in the forthcoming Burke and Hare movie being directed by John Landis.

Bloody Disgusting reported this weekend that John Landis announced the news himself during the Spooky Empire convention in Orlando on Saturday.

Tennant and Pegg will play the pair of infamous serial killers who murdered 16 victims in Edinburgh in the 1820s. Despite the gruesome source material, Landis has promised that the movie will be a black comedy, and we can’t wait to see what kind of a double act Tennant and Pegg will make on screen.
