Homeless Pervert Visits Library Wearing Ladies Knickers

A homeless registered sex offender was arrested for indecent exposure this week after he entered a Connecticut library wearing just a t-shirt, work boots and a pair of women’s under crackers which failed to conceal his testicular sack.

46 year old Richard Wedmore, of no fixed abode, strolled into the Milford public library in Connecticut at noon on Wednesday and headed straight for the financial area of the reference department head librarian Jean Tsang told WTNH News.

“We do try to be very, very careful but because it is a public building and because so many people walk through our doors everyday, we have no way of knowing who everybody is,” Tsang said.

Another library user spotted Wedmore with his tackle on show and called the cops.

“The officer went into the library and found Mr. Wedmore in an area of the library seated where there were several children around,” a police spokesman told WTNH.

“He was wearing a t-shirt and women’s panties that weren’t capable of concealing his genitalia and a pair of work boots.”

Wedmore is already a registered sex offender with a long list of arrests for minor sexual offences, he is currently unemployed, homeless and believed to be mentally ill. Wedmore told the police that he had borrowed the knickers from his wife, but he is not married and is living on the streets.

Wedmore was charged with indecent exposure and breach of the peace.
