The much awaited second season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars CGI animated series will premiere on the Cartoon Network on Friday 2nd October at 20:00.
The second series’ full title is Star Wars: The Clone Wars – Rise of the Bounty Hunters and will feature 22 half hour episodes that Lucasfilm promise will expand the ongoing storylines as the Jedi and introduce several exciting new characters as a new breed of villain enters to take advantage of the wartime turmoil.
Fans who haven’t already heard will be pleased to learn that Bossk, who featured in The Empire Strikes Back is one of these new villains and so is Aurra Sing who made a brief appearance in The Phantom Menace.
