Female teacher pays student for sex

28 year old Melissa Andreini, a teacher from Utah, is alleged to have had a sexual relationship with a boy of 15, and paid him to up $1,500 for his services.

A court in Carbon County heard this week how the mother of the alleged victim confronted the Junior High School teacher at her home after she suspected something was going on. When confronted Andreini confessed to the relationship and also told the mother that she had paid the boy somewhere between $1,400 and $1,500.

The 15 year old was interviewed and told investigators that he had performed sex with Miss Andreini on three occasions at her home, and she had given him cash afterwards.

Andreini has been charged with three counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, each count carries a maximum jail term of five years.
