Elderly Couple Ripped To Shreds By Pack Of Dogs

An elderly couple were discovered badly mutilated in a rural part of Georgia yesterday. Preliminary reports suggest the couple were attacked and killed by a pack of dogs.

77 year old Lothar Karl Schweder and his 65 year old wife Sherry Schweder were found yesterday at the side of a dirt road close to their home in Lexington Ga. Their corpses had been lying at the roadside for approximately 24 hours the Associated Press reports.

The local animal control department are currently trying to round up 11 dogs seen roaming the area.

County Sheriff Mike Smith described the scene as “grisly”.
