Zombie Baby Rises From The Dead

A community in Paraguay believe they’ve witnessed a miracle after a dead baby was found to be breathing in it’s coffin.

Jose Alvarenga was told by doctors at the hospital in Asuncion, Paraguay that his new born baby son had died shortly after childbirth and nothing could be done to save him. Despite medics spending a full hour trying to revive the baby his life signs were undetectable and he was pronounced dead.

The baby was then left for four hours until eventually being delivered to Mr Alvarenga’s home in a coffin for a funeral service. But Alvarenga decided to open the coffin so he could view his dead son’s remains before they were disposed of permanently.

“I opened it to look at his remains and found that the baby was breathing,” Mr Alvarenga said.

“I began to cry.”

Mr Alvarenga raced back to the hospital with his baby boy and hospital staff quickly put him under intensive care, the as yet unnamed child is reported to be in a stable condition.

The hospital have acknowledged that mistakes must have been made and have promised an investigation. But Aida Notario, a doctor at the hospital’s birthing centre, told journalists that the 17.6oz baby’s vital signs were so weak they weren’t detected despite staff trying to revive the infant for a full hour before giving up.
