Mexican police are no longer searching for transvestites in their hunt for the killers of the two midget Mexican wrestlers, La Parkita and Espectrito II.

The suspects caught leaving the wrestlers room on CCTV my in fact just be old women and not female impersonators. Police have arrested one 65 year old woman in connection with the murders and are now searching for her accomplice who is known as “The Fat One”, the BBC reports.

Twin brothers Alberto Perez Jimenez and Alejandro Perez Jimenez were two world famous Mini-Luchadores found dead in a Mexico City hotel room the apparent victims of botched drugging. It is believed the men had their drinks spiked with eye drops to knock them out, but the dosage was too high for someone of their small stature and it accidentally killed them.

The 65 year old woman arrested by police this week admits to following the two men to their hotel room, but denies any wrong doing.
