Underwear company Jockey have developed the Y-front underpant for women.
The Y-front was invented in the 1930s, and they soon became known as Jockeys in the United States because they squash your cock and balls like a jockstrap. Us Brits didn’t like the term Jockeys and instead began calling the undercrackers Y-fronts. During the 1980s most young men stopped wearing Y-fronts, preferring the much more fashionable boxer short which was made popular again by unwittingly featuring them in a Levi’s 501 advert. I think the jeans did quite well from the campaign too though.
The old Y-front is making something of a comeback, due to the likes of David Beckham and Brad Pitt being photographed in theirs. But what purpose would a lady have in wearing a gonad support? It is clearly a shallow marketing ploy.
