Kung Fu Star Asphyxi-Wank Victim?

Reports are coming in that veteran actor David Carradine has been found dead in his Bangkok hotel room, hanged in his wardrobe. A maid found his half naked body, trussed up inside the wardrobe. He had a curtain cord wrapped around his neck and body.

The aging film star is probably best known for his role as Caine in the 1970s television show Kung Fu, where he played a Shaolin monk in the American wild west. He more recently returned to the screen in Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Bill volumes one and two playing Bill.

72 year old Carradine was in Thailand filming his latest movie Stretch. Police are investigating the death and haven’t yet ruled out suicide. Another possibility could be autoerotic asphyxiation, where asphyxiophiliacs deliberately cut off the oxygen supply to the brain for sexual arousal.

Update : Asia One News have quoted a Thai police report which claims Carradine had a rope wrapped around his neck and his penis.

“There was a rope tied around his neck and another rope tied to his genitals, and the two ropes were tied together and they hung in the closet.” the report said.

Police have also confirmed that no suicide note was left by the actor.
