Lake Monster Caught On Video

A video has appeared on YouTube which some speculate could be the almost legendary lake monster of Lake Champlain in North America.

Lake Champlain is situated right on the United States border with Canada, it’s a freshwater lake which has a coastline along Vermont and New York states in the US and also in Quebec, Canada. The lake is said to be home to “Champ”, a lake monster similar to the more famous Loch Ness Monster. The legend of the monster dates back hundreds of years and began in Native American folklore, but there have been over 300 reported sightings of the cryptid creature including several photographs and now this video.

The video was shot just days ago by a YouTube user called Mookiebone. Mookiebone gave this account of the video.

“I shot this video of something in the lake at Oakledge Park on Sunday (05/31/09) early am (0530 or so). I don’t know what the eff it is but it’s definitely not normal”

Oakledge Park is situated in Vermont.
