Lost Actor Accused Of Sexual Harassment

Lost actor Henry Ian Cusick who plays Desmond Hume in the hit ABC show has been accused of sexual harassment by former ABC employee Chelsea Stone.

Stone filed a lawsuit yesterday in Los Angeles accusing Cusick of fondling her breasts and buttocks. He is also alleged to have kissed her on the mouth without her consent. This is all supposed to have happened back in October 2007.

Immediately after the alleged harassment Stone complained to her supervisors at ABC, but claims she was told to drop the accusations and simply avoid Crusick. 12 days later she was fired from her job, which she had held for over ten years.

Stone said she suffered physical sickness, emotional distress and a miscarriage after the alleged abuse.
