Canadian indie rock band Arcade Fire are about to return to the studio to start work on their third album.
Band front man Win Butler has been speaking to the Montreal Gazette about their future plans and reveals they’re keen to get back to work after taking the last 12 months off.
“We feel really creative right now. We’re in a really good space as a band,” he explained. “This last year was the first break we’ve had in five years. Everyone feels really rejuvenated and excited. I’m happy to play music.”
Fans should also listen out for a a new version of their track Wake Up which they have recorded for Spike Jonze’s new film Wild Things.
