Nicholas Bishop made a dirty protest at his local police station after being wrongly arrested for the second time.

Bishop from Leominster in Hereford was arrested on Boxing Day last year on suspicion of assault. Whilst being detained in police cells he smeared faeces on the walls and urinated on the floor.

Bishop was angry about being arrested and furious over the lack of toilet paper in his holding cell. Bishop claims he was also wrongly arrested a month previously.

Once police finished checking CCTV footage Bishop was released without further action for the alleged assault charge but was later fined £65 for criminal damaged and ordered to pay £60 costs and £58 to have the cell cleaned. The filthy rotter.
