Ryan Confirmed For Doctor Who Appearance

The BBC have confirmed that Michelle Ryan will definitely be appearing in the forthcoming Doctor Who Easter Special alongside current Doctor, David Tennant, and the show’s producer Russell T Davies has made a strong hint that Michelle will have a regular part on the show.

Ryan will be playing Lady Christina de Souza in the episode entitled “Planet of the Dead”. She joins the Doctor on an excursion which goes on a “dangerous detour”. The bad news is bumbling idiot Lee Evans is also lined up to appear in the special.

The show’s executive producer and writer Russell T Davies hinted that Michelle will be a regular companion to the Doctor: “Michelle is one of the most sought after young actors in the country and we are delighted to announce that she will be joining the team.

“As always the script is being kept strictly under wraps however we can reveal that Lady Christina is a woman with a mysterious past who’s going to have a huge impact on the Doctor.”
