One of the most recognisable landmarks in the world is becoming increasingly less recognisable as time goes by, due to the acidic faeces from birds eating away at it’s features.

Experts warn that rising groundwater levels are being absorbed by the statue and creating calcium deposits which are attracting the birds, who in turn leave they’re own deposits.

A cull is in order. And they should stick one of those owls on it.
