Man Keeps Lion In Garden

A 28 year old Romanian man was reported to the police by his neighbours when they grew tired of loud roaring coming from his property.

Investigating officers discovered a three year old lioness in a cage, a stag, two deer and two peacocks roaming his grounds.

The lioness has been taken to the Bucharest zoo, and the man faces a heavy fine and a possible one year jail sentence.

He will however be permitted to keep his cocks.
