A judge has sentenced defence attorney Adam Reposa to 90 days in prison for making a lewd gesture towards a prosecution lawyer during plea negotiations in a drunk driving case.
Judge Jan Breland told a contempt court hearing that Reposa had rolled his eyes at her and motioned with his hand simulating masturbation. Reposa confirmed that the gesture was aimed at the prosecution lawyer who he clearly thought was a bit of a wanker. 
Presiding judge Paul Davis refused Reposa’s request for a one day jail sentence saying he needed to uphold the integrity of the judicial process and gave a more hefty sentence of 90 days.
Reposa was led out of the courtroom in handcuffs, for obvious reasons.
