Piping The Truth Into Your Brainballs!
Story published on April 6, 2008
The organisers of The Glastonbury Festival are claiming that their ticket sales operation has gone off without a hitch this year. Recent years have seen many festival goers complain of poor management regarding ticket sales, with phone lines being jammed and website servers unable to cope with heavy demand.
Here at The Morningstarr* we managed to get our tickets with no fuss by visiting See™. The Official Glastonbury site however was unobtainable due to high server demands.
Demand for tickets is said to be high, but there is a drop in people who registered to purchase tickets this year. Organiser Emily Eavis blames last years terrible weather for the lack of interest.
